What is your shipping policy?


To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.


Seamoss The Boss DOES NOT accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit in route to shipping destinations or items marked delivered by the carrier chosen at checkout. Once items leave the Seamoss The Boss warehouse the carrier chosen during check out accepts responsibility as the order has now been transferred into the carriers possession.  Seamoss The Boss will however assist you with placing a claim with the carrier chosen during the time of checkout all damage claims must be reported 24 hours after your package has arrived. 



Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.



Once your order has been processed, we ship your order using the shipping carrier and method that you selected at the time of purchase. We recommend that when ordering our sea moss gel products, you select one of the priority shipping methods.


Seamoss the Boss ships internationally!

We want to make sure everyone has access to the amazing health benefits of our product! We only ship sea moss gels to Canada and no other international countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

How do I use the sea moss gel?

For your daily mineral intake, you can either take one tablespoon of sea moss gel or you can have some fun and add the sea moss to your smoothies, soups, baked goods and more!

In addition to consuming sea moss gel, you can also use the sea plant topically as a face or hair mask.


How do I store my sea moss product?

If you ordered a sea moss gel, then once it is received in the mail, be sure to refrigerate it immediately after opening. It can last up to 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator.

 If you ordered wildcraft sea moss, then store it in a dry and cool place. In its raw and dry form, without being soaked in water, the wildcraft sea moss does not have an expiration date. Once it comes into contact with water, the sea moss's shelf life is the same as sea moss gel.

My order arrived damaged/broken. What do I do?

We try our very best to guarantee that our products arrive undamaged, but sometimes life happens!

To submit a claim for a refund/free replacement please include the following information via email:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Order date
  • Name
  • Address
  • Photo of damaged/broken product

The replacement product will be processed and shipped within a week's time. Thank you so much for your understanding!


What is your return/refund policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please send us an email within 3 days of receipt of your order.

As a policy, we do not accept returns of opened products, which rings true especially during this global pandemic. However, we do accept packages that are refused/unopened and we will either provide a refund of the product’s purchase price or a product replacement, whichever the customer prefers.

Should you submit a proper claim, which is outlined on this FAQs page, within 3 days of receipt of your order, then we will review your claim for a full or partial refund, depending on whether or not the product has been opened/used. Shipping is not refunded.

Should a refund be issued, your refund will be processed via your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.


How can I modify my order?

We know how important your order is so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! The adding on or taking off of items and discounts cannot be modified once your order has been placed. Therefore, all products purchased on your original order will be fulfilled, and we will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. 


How can I track my order?

There are two (2) ways to check the tracking information available for your package:

  1. In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.
  2. Depending on the shipping method selected you may visit or and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier’s website.

I placed an order, but haven't seen any movement from Seamoss The Boss. What's up with that?

Depending on the shipping method selected, you will receive your package in 2-3 business days. Most orders leave our Distribution Center within 5-8 business days after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
